Do better work.
Earn more doing it.

At a big agency, your results fund someone else’s overhead. Here, the structure is built so the people doing the work see the return from it.

Philosophy

"Most agents spend years building someone else's brand for a fraction of what they're worth."

THE HEAPY DIFFERENCE

Small team. Serious earnings.

Large agencies carry large costs. Office fit-outs, middle management, marketing budgets, brand sponsorships. Those costs get absorbed somewhere, and more often than not, it comes out of the commission split that flows to the people actually closing deals and managing properties.

We run lean on purpose. A smaller team means less internal competition, more direct client relationships, and a structure where strong performance translates into meaningful income. If you’re doing the work, the numbers should reflect it.

What we do

Experience welcome. The right attitude essential.

If you’ve spent time at a larger agency and you’re tired of splitting your commission with a brand that doesn’t know your clients’ names, we’re worth a conversation. The transition tends to feel straightforward once people see how the structure actually works.

If you’re newer to the industry, what matters most is how seriously you take the work. Property is detail-oriented and relationship-driven. People who get that early tend to do well here. We’d rather invest in someone with the right approach than wait for a perfect resume.

OPEN ROLES

What we're looking for right now.

Sales Agent — Residential

We're looking for someone who knows how to build genuine client relationships and see a campaign through properly. You'll manage listings from appraisal to settlement with direct support from the directors. Strong local market knowledge is a plus. A track record of doing right by vendors matters more than a big sales number from a brand that did half the work.

Contact Us

Property Manager

Detail-oriented, proactive, and good with people under pressure. You'll manage a focused portfolio of residential properties and be the main point of contact for both landlords and tenants. Experience in arrears management and routine inspections is expected. What sets the right person apart here is how they handle the difficult conversations, not just the easy ones.

Contact Us

Buyer's Agent Associate

FAQS

What people usually ask before reaching out.

Do I need a real estate licence to apply?

For most roles, yes. If you're in the process of getting licensed and want to start the conversation early, we're happy to talk.

Is this a commission-only structure?

The details depend on the role and experience level. We'll be upfront about the structure in the first conversation so there's no ambiguity about how earnings work.

How big is the current team?

Small. That's deliberate. We'll give you an honest picture of the team size and where we're headed when we speak.

What does the onboarding process look like?

There's no drawn-out induction program. You'll get up to speed quickly, meet the clients you'll be working with, and start contributing early. We find that works better than weeks of sitting in on other people's calls.

I'm not actively job-hunting but I'm curious. Is it worth reaching out?

Yes. Some of the best conversations we've had started that way. If the timing isn't right now, we'll keep your details on file.

Think it could be a fit?

Send us a brief note about your background and what you’re looking for. No lengthy cover letter required. We’ll get back to you and take it from there.
